She was a member of MENSA International and NAMI. Deb and Tom also faithfully attended St. Johns Beloved Disciple Catholic Church for 50 years. During her lifetime, Deborah worked as a project manager at various places throughout St. Louis including Audubon apartments, St. Anthony’s Hospital, Washington University, BJC, and NAMI.

Deborah was the oldest of seven children. Deborah was like a mom to her brothers and sisters in many ways and was always the leader in the family. She made sure everyone was taken care of and carried that sense of responsibility with her all her life. She was a role model in our family. Deborah was married to Thomas A. Meyer for 54 years and was in love with him every single day. Deb and Tom enjoyed traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Deb was an avid reader, loved to play games, cook and was a fantastic baker. She always had kind things to say about others and in life’s ups and downs. Deb always had a smile on her face and a way of finding the best in people in every situation. Those that met her experienced Debbie’s kindness, her optimism, the way she looked at life, and her laughter. Her smile and the love she showed us throughout her life will always be treasured, especially by the Williams and Meyer families, and her many friends.
