A funeral will be held Monday, December 29, 2025 for 50-year-old Darla Bahr of Sainte Genevieve, Missouri, who passed away on December 19, 2025.
She was born June 14, 1975, and lived a life filled with love, laughter, and compassion for everyone she met.
Darla is survived by her loving husband: Jeffrey Bahr; her daughters, Hannah (Clayton Mueller) Bahr and Molly Bahr; her mother: Mary Ann (Heberlie) Pfaff; her brother: Daryl (Amy) Pfaff; her sisters, Lynette Pfaff and Stacy (Derrick) Gegg; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edmund Pfaff.
Darla loved her family and friends deeply. She found joy in her work at Bloomsdale Elementary and cherished being around children. She enjoyed reading, talking with everyone she met, and laughing until she cried. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine spirit touched countless lives, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday, December 28, 2025 and again on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 8-10 a.m. at the Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri,
A funeral fpr 50-year-old Darla Bahr of Sainte Genevieve will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, December 29, 2025, at the Basler Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Valle Spring Cemetery in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri.
