STE. GENEVIEVE – A new Civil War memorial will be dedicated Sunday, June 22nd, at the Sts. Philip and James Cemetery, 18411 River aux Vases Church Road near River aux Vases.
The ceremony begins at 11:00 a.m. The memorial lists the names of Union Civil War soldiers buried there. Descendants of these honored veterans, as well as the public, are invited to attend.
