NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at the hour of 5:30 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2025, at the Chester Municipal Building, 1330 Swanwick Street, Chester, Illinois, regarding the proposed Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal year May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026, of the City of Chester, Illinois.
