Reading & Approval of minutes—1 st Greg, 2nd

Joby Correspondence—None

Non-Agenda Public Comment—Joe Allison present during meeting and is interested in joining the Park Board when a position opens.

Alderman Report—Would like to thank everyone for their help at the Summer Splash Recreation Report—Family Fun Day-will need to be in the Spring before Rec ball season begins. Will be at Cohen Park. To include whiffleball or kickball, inflatables, and color run. Motion made by David to approve, 2nd by Greg. Cohen Park Supervisor Report–None

 

Cole Park Supervisor Report—Looking into camera system for added security. Will need internet for the system to work properly. Also looking into speaker system to be used for community activities. Motion made by Wendall for Jay to make a decision independently on which system to purchase. 2nd by Greg

 

Committee Reports— Christmas on the River-None

 

Fall Festival-Greg/Joby not able to chair the variety show this year. City to chair this activity.

Haunted Trail-Condy walked it and it is possible to expand it this year. Meeting will take place with Patti, Jay, and Lorin

Cole Playground Committee-pictures of possibilities sent to board members. 2 reps are willing to get CADS & prices. Will increase budget from $100,000 to $300,000

Driving Range Committee-Draft of proposal read for Breezy Hill Dog Run. Some changes to be made. Voting at next meeting for which final draft will be presented to City Counsel.
