CHESTER – The Chester Parks and Recreation Committee will meet Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the municipal building, 1330 Swanwick Street, Chester.

Reading and Approval of Minutes-Motion to approve, 1st Greg, 2nd Joby

Correspondence- Recognition Letter to board. Letter to remove Cindy Menefee will be going out in mail.

Public Comment -None

Alderman Report-None

Recreation Report-None

Cohen Park Supervisor Report-Information given regarding flag football. Shed concerns discussed. $35,000 budgeted, bids will be going out. Cole Park

Supervisor Report-None

Committee Reports-Driving Range: Flying Field/Breezy Hill must be vacated, per Mayor Joe Eggemeyer. Discussion was held regarding driving range and the possibility of moving forward within the next year. The board was encouraged to approach Alderman Nick Bert with any concerns.

Cole Playground Improvement: Discussion was held. Still gathering information.

Old Business- None

New Business-Election of Secretary: Joe Allison was elected for Parks and Recreation Board Secretary. Motion to elect, 1st Jay, 2nd Wendell. All in favor. Motion carried.
