RECREATION-Finishing up financials from the Fall Fest. We were short $2000 for rides,but had that amount in sponsorships.

OLD BUSINESS–Fall Festival: Finishing up financials from the Fall Fest. We were short $2000 for rides, but had that amount in sponsorships.
NEW BUSINESS- Christmas on the River: tree lighting at 6pm Wed 12/4 with Mayor Page and Pastor Mike crafts at the VFW & Courthouse Friday through Sunday Reindeer games friday–sponsored by Robin Bert. Set up Friday afternoon/eve Lighted parade Saturday at 5:30pm (Wendall, Dean, Rebekah, John) Santa’s street party to follow parade at gazebo with bounce houses and games. Legos ordered, Joby packaged goodies to hand out during games. Still need lights and maybe heat source for corner(Joby, Heather, Rebekah, John) Perfect Detail decorated in Candyland theme. Will have hot cocoa and chili dogs. Santa and Mrs. Claus to greet kids behind gazebo after the parade.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS- John still to complete OMA/FOIA training waiting for Juicy J concession report Nominate Cindy Welton for park board vacancy. 1st by Wendall, 2nd by Rebekah. 1 other park board seat open.
