CHESTER – The tentative agenda has been released for Wednesday’s meeting of the Chester Marketing ad Revitalization.

• Welcome and introductions ( Allow all members the opportunity to introduce themselves, discuss their desires they have for our town, And what they feel their strong suits are)
• Purpose and vision open discussion (Discuss the overall goals the committee has, the purpose behind the committee, Who we are trying to reach, what does revitalization look like for Chester?) What are our strengths? What are our weaknesses?
• Marketing strategies and tactics (Outline initial ideas for promoting our area)
• Business Recruitment and Retention ( Group brainstorming what kind of incentives can we offer local businesses coming into the area?What can we do to support current ones? What strategies can we implement)
• Vacant Properties (Discuss solutions for vacant or underutilized properties how can we support the owners ? What are some creative short-term solutions we can utilize to make these places more appealing with cooperation of the owners? What can be done to turn liabilities into assets ?)
• Closing of meeting / Questions, next meeting date and time.
