A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, February 25, 2026 for 66-year-old Carol C. Kramer of Baldwin, Illinois, who passed away Friday, February 13, 2026, at Mercy South Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.
She was born April 28, 1959 in Champaign, Illinois to the George and Shirley (nee Shields) Seaney, who both preceded her in death.
Carol married Daniel Kramer on August 27, 2009, in Chester, Illinois; he survives in Baldwin, Illinois.
She is also survived by two daughters: Harlie Rea Brigance of Waterloo, IL and Carrie Oakley of Casey, IL; a grandson: Eric; two sisters: Terry Smith and Susie Ferguson; several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and many friends.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters.
Carol had been a homemaker
It was Carol’s wish to be cremated.
A celebration of life gathering will take place Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Pechacek Funeral Homes, Red Bud, Illinois.
