I, along with millions of jubilant Hungarians, am celebrating the massive election defeat of Viktor Orban who was strongly supported by Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, and J.D. Vance. Peter Magyar’s party won a supermajority in Parliament and will now be able to reverse the Orban restrictions on press freedom, the takeover of the judiciary, and the high level of fraud. They also hope to improve the weak Hungarian economy which suffers from low growth, high inflation, stalled EU funding, serious deficits, and crony capitalism.
Donald Trump, the supposed leader of the free world, owes the American public an explanation of why he constantly sides with Vladimir Putin, a man who every day authorizes new war crimes and has no respect for human life.
Donald Trump is also meddling in foreign elections in many countries. This is not the proper behavior of an American president, and he would loudly protest if foreign leaders did that here.
