JEFFERSON CITY — A 55-year-old Paragould, Ark. man suffered serious injuries in a traffic crash on Route J in Perry County Tuesday night.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Timmey D. Walls was taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau by Air Evac helicopter.
The patrol says the crash happened when the eastbound 2008 Kawasaki Concours 1400 Walls was riding crossed the center line of the roadway, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a ditch.
The crash happened about 9:30 p.m. one mile east of Perry County Road 732.
The Kawasaki sustained moderate damage and was removed by Perry County Towing.
