JEFFERSON CITY – A 64-year-old Bonne Terre man suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash Monday morning on Route C in Ste. Genevieve County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Vernon R. Huffman was taken to Mercy Hospital South by a Ste. Genevieve County ambulance.
The patrol says the crash happened when the 2012 Chevrolet 1500 Huffman was driving east ran off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.
The patrol says Huffman was buckled up.
The crash happened about 7:10 a.m. in the 7500 block of Route C.
The Chevrolet was a total loss and was removed by Buckley’s Towing.
