STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in collaboration with Ste Genevieve County Health Department is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment and would appreciate if county residents would take a couple minutes to complete a short eight question survey.
This will help identify needs in the county and allow us to work on initiatives to help address those needs.
