PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent High School has announced Genia Feher is the Elks Student of the Month for February.
Genia is pictured with Zachary Stobart, head of schools and Steven Wibbenmeyer of the Perryville Elks Lodge No. 2701.
Genia is the daughter of Kathleen and Julius Feher of Perryville.
According to a news release from the school, “Genia is such a great example of service and faith as she is a member of Sodality, Students for Life, and Students Against Destructive Decisions. She is also vice president of the Spanish Club. Genia has attended several retreats and service trips (Luke 18, Steubenville, and March for Life) throughout her time in high school. She has also been a regular Altar Server and Lector for Mass.”
Her teachers have stated: “Genia is incredibly hardworking, friendly, and a joy to have in class. She takes her faith and studies very seriously. Genia is always willing to help out and has a fantastic personality. “
Genia is considering a career in nursing.
