JEFFERSON CITY — The number of COVID-19 cases in Missouri rose by six percent between December 10th and 12th according to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Service.
The seven day total of confirmed and probable cases was 17,762 for the week ending December 12th and 16,815 for the week ending December 10th.
The number of confirmed and probable deaths was 21.
The average number of confirmed and probable cases per day was nearly 2,537.
The vaccination rate in Missouri is 52.8 percent for those who have completed the vaccination series.
Perry County had 31 confirmed and probable cases for the week ending December 12th, six percent higher than the 29 reported December 10th. That’s a daily average of 4.4 new cases a day.
There were no deaths during the period.
The vaccination rate in Perry County is 38.6 percent.
Ste. Genevieve County 38 confirmed and probable cases for the seven days ending Dec. 12th which is no change from the seven days ended Dec. 10th. The daily average of cases in Ste. Genevieve County 5.4.
There were no deaths during the period.
The vaccination rate in Ste. Genevieve County 44.6 percent.
