STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve Board of Aldermen voted unanimously to increase water and sewer user rates by two percent during its regular meeting last night.
All eight members of the board attended the meeting and voted affirmatively on both first and second round votes.

The aldermen gave second round approval to:
Bill No. 4462: Amending the personnel manual.
The aldermen gave first and second round approval to:
Bill No. 4464: The water rate hike.
Bill No. 4465: The sewer rate hike.
Bill No. 4466: Authorizing a third payment to Donze Construction for the city hall remodel project. This payment totaled $68,132.84
The aldermen approved two resolutions as part of its consent agenda.
Resolution No. 2022-18 a maintenance agreement with Doral and Lynette Parmer to maintain a flood buyout property.
Resolution No. 2022-19 accepting the low bid of $20,479 from Kranz Body LLC for the purchase of a replacement truck bed.
