Girls’ Basketball
STE. GENEVIEVE – Perryville beat Valle 39-27.
The Lady Pirates are 3-3 on the season heading into the Christmas break.
Madelyn Griffard led the way for Valle with 12 points and Brooklyn Weibrecht had seven.
The Warriors host Caledonia Thursday at 6 p.m.
The Lady Pirates play in the First State Community Bank Christmas Tournament Dec. 26 through Dec. 29.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve plays at Herculaneum Wednesday at 7 p.m.
CHESTER — The Chester Lady Yellowjackets play in a tournament hosted by Christ Our Rock Lutheran High School Dec. 26, 27 and 28.
PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent defeated Kelly 52-49 Sunday and was scheduled to play Delta last night in the First State Community Bank Holiday Classic, but the score was not reported.
Wrestling
STE. GENEVIEVE – Varsity boys wrestling went 5–1 on the day Saturday, losing a close one to Moberly.
The Dragons finish 9–1 on the weekend at the San Richardson Tournament.
Ste. Genevieve hosts Hillsboro Jan. 3.
