Perryville sales tax receipts reported

PERRYVILLE — The city of Perryville has released its sales tax receipts for October and the first 10 months of 2023.

 

The city’s general sales tax brought in $144,466.85 in October 2023, an increase of $8,630.28. So far this calendar year the general sales tax has brought in a bit more than $1.75 million, which is down $21,329.04 from the first 10 months of 2022.

 

The city’s capital improvements tax brought in $54,175.12 in October, which is up $3,236.45 from October 2022. The capital improvements tax has brought in $648,295.82 in the first 10 months of 2023, a loss of $7,997.86 from the first 10 months of 2022.

 

The city’s mass transportation tax brought in $72,233.47 in October, which is up $4,315.28 from October 2022. The mass transportation tax brought in $864,394.50 during the first 10 months of this year, a loss of $10,663.95 from the first 10 months of 2022.

 

The city’s consolidated city use tax brought in $42,571.19 in October, which is up $18,651.56 from October 2022. The consolidated city use tax has brought in $488,669.47 during the first 10 months of 2023, which is up $92,526.80 from the first 10 months of 2022.
