PERRYVILLE – Perryville’s Veterans Day Celebration was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, the 104th anniversary of the signing of the armistice which ended World War I.
Fellow Vietnam Veteran Fr. Larry Asma, CM did the invocation, and John Rauh delivered the address.
It was a beautiful day with St. Vincent High School Band and Perryville High School Band leading the parade with the veterans organizations and Scouts.
The ceremony was held on the steps of the Perry County Courthouse on the square in Perryville.
