All-District, All-Conf VB selections announced
STE GENEVIEVE — Members of the Class 3 District 2 All-District Volleyball teams have been announced.
Valle Catholic has four players on the teams: two on the first team: Ade Weiler and Makayla Joggerst and two on the second team: Addi Donze and Abree Zipprich.
Ste. Genevieve has two players on the teams: two on the second team: Joleigh Parker and Kailynn Harmon.
Perryville has two players on the teams: Ana Moll on the first team and Ellie Gerler on the second team.

PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent beat Russellville 56-6 in the Class 1 District round one Friday night.
The Indians play Van Far Friday. Hear the game on Classic Country 980 am and 105.3 fm KSGM.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Third seed Ste. Genevieve edged second seed Dexter 29-28 in the semifinal round of the Class 3 District 1 Tournament at Dexter.
The Dragons will play at Park Hills Friday.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle beat Caruthersville 56-14 in the Class 2 State Tournament Friday.
They will host Scott City Friday night.
PPC basketball leagues are forming now
PERRYVILE – Temperatures are cooling down, but the gym is heating up! Come join us for our 5th/6th & 7th/8th Grade Basketball Leagues. Games will start late-January, with games being played one week day evening and Saturday mornings. All teams will play a minimum of 8 games and a single-elimination tournament at the end of the season.
Teams will be selected at our draft meeting, which will take place in late December
