Cole Nickelson named October Elks Student of the Month

STE. GENEVIEVE – Congratulations to Cole Nickelson, the Elks Student of the Month for October from Ste. Genevieve High School. Cole is the son of Janice and Randy Nickelson.

 



Cole’s scholastic honors include: being ranked No. 2 in his graduating senior class, earning A Honor Roll each semester, being in the Top 10 percent every year in high school, and being awarded Summa Cum Laude. Cole has won numerous class awards, including Computer Programming, CP English III, and Fundamentals of Music. He has also been involved in clubs and organizations, including Math Team, Scholar Bowl, Students Against Destructive Decisions, Future Business Leaders of America, and Dragon Lair Productions.

Cole has shown great leadership potential. He was chosen to attend Missouri Boys State, the youth tour, and was Ste. Genevieve High School’s selection to attend Missouri Scholars Academy. He is currently employed at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in the IT department.

In his free time, Cole enjoys listening to music, watching movies, working out, and playing video games. His plans are to attend a university and major in Computer Science and Cyber Security.
