A private funeral will be held for 81-year-old Judith H. Weible of Perryville, Mo. who passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the Independence Care Center in Perryville.
She was born September 17, 1942 in Uniontown, Mo. the daughter of Paul and Erna (Lohmann) Stueve, who both preceded her in death.
She married Danny L. Weible October 19, 1996 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in St. Louis, Mo. He survives in Arnold, Mo.
She is also survived by two brothers: Eugene (Lois) Stueve of Macon, Mo., and Paul Stueve of Uniontown, Mo.; three sisters: Eunice Buerck of Uniontown, Mo., Sharon (Doug) Zoellner of Friedheim, Mo. and Carol (Kenneth) Schmidt of Friedheim, Mo.
She was also preceded in death by a sister-in-law: Delora Stueve; and a brother-in-law: Tom Buerck.
She was press operator for Concordia Publishing House.
She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in St. Louis.
Judith volunteered many years for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program, as well as for Feed My People in Oakville, Mo. She loved to read her Bible and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
A private service will be held.
Burial will be at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Longtown.
Memorial contributions may be given to Saxony Lutheran High School or Immanuel Lutheran Grade School.
