Otte, Rachel Lea W/F DOB: 4/15/1985 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Farmington Police Department on the original charge of Traffic Offense. Bond was set at $153.00 cash only.

 

Emberton, Michael Ray Jr. W/M DOB: 03/13/1987 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle. Bond was set at $90.00 cash only.

 

Holmes, Jacob Bryant W/M DOB: 12/18/2001 of St. Louis MO was arrested on a Warrant through St. Charles County on the charge of a Traffic Offense-Violation of Financial Responsibility. Bond was set at $225.00 cash only.

 

Meadows, Nicholas Joshua W/M DOB: 12/25/1981 of Farmington MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Tampering with a motor vehicle-1st degree

-Driving while revoked/suspended

-Possession of a controlled substance

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Bond was set at $2,500.00 cash or surety with 10% allowed.

 

Velasco, Raul Cruze H/M DOB: 08/10/1985 of Fenton MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Tampering with a motor vehicle-1st degree

-Operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license.

Bond was set at $5000.00 cash or surety.

 

Edwards, April Rene W/F DOB: 04/03/1990 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charge of Arson-1st Degree. Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety.

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Molasses Hollow Rd. to assist EMS with an unconscious person.

Deputies were called to the 13000 block of State Route O for a burglary.

Deputies were called to the 7000 block of Wittu Valley to assist EMS with a person at this location.

Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
