Golf
CHESTER – The Yellow Jackets are the Inaugural Randolph County Cup champions! Couldn’t be more proud of the way these kids played today.
First nine holes was scramble match play, where they won all three of their matches. Second nine holes was solo match play where we took 4 of 6.
Ended the tournament with 7 out of 9 possible points!
The Chester High School boys golf team plays at the Anna Invitational Saturday at 8 a.m.
CHESTER – Another great match for the Lady Jacket golf team as they pick up 2 more wins, beating ZRC and Cobden. Congrats to senior Camryn Luthy on earning another medalist title!

STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve High School girls golf team participates in the Boonville Tournament at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 26th.
Soccer
PERRYVILLE – The Perryville High School soccer team will host a jamboree at 4:30 Tuesday, August 22.
The Pirates first regular season game is Tuesday when the junior varsity and varsity teams travel to Notre Dame High School for a 5 p.m. contest.
JACKSON – The Saxony Lutheran High School soccer team plays in the Festus Classic Tuesday, August 29 through Thursday, August 31.
Girls’ Volleyball
CHESTER – The Chester High School girls’ volleyball team opens its season Tuesday, August 22 when the Lady Jackets play at Anna-Jonesboro at 7:30 p.m.
PERRYVILLE – The Perryville High School girls’ volleyball team participates in a jamboree Tuesday, August 22 at 5 p.m. at St. Vincent High School.
The Lady Pirates first regular season game is in the Woodland Tournament which runs Monday, August 28 through Friday, September 1.
PERRYVILLE – The St. Vincent High School girls’ volleyball team opens its season at 7 p.m. Monday, August 28 at St. Paul Lutheran in Farmington.
STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve High School girls’ volleyball team hosts a scrimmage with Valle, Perryville and St. Vincent at 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 22.
The Dragons host Jackson in their opening regular season games Monday, August 29 with ninth grade, junior varsity and varsity games beginning at 4:30 p.m.
JACKSON – The Saxony Lutheran High School girls’ volleyball team opens its season Monday, August 28 when the Crusaders host Dexter at 6:30 p.m.

CHESTER – The Chester High School co-ed cross country team runs at New Athens Monday, August 21st.
PERRYVILLE – The junior varsity and varsity Perryville High School cross country teams travel to Jackson Saturday, August 26 for a 9 a.m. meet.
JACKSON – The Saxony Lutheran boys and girls cross country teams also run at Jackson Saturday, August 26th.
