Oscar B. Pfaff, 88, of Arnold died July 8, 2023, at his home.
Mr. Pfaff was a retired dockman for Roadway Express and a member of the Teamsters Local 600 for more than 30 years. He was a fourth knight with the Knights of Columbus in Arnold. He loved travelling, fishing and enjoyed being with his family.
Born Aug. 9, 1934, in Ste. Genevieve, he was the son of the late Helen R. (Bauman) and Ben W. Pfaff.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years: Rose Mary; three children: Sharon (John) Allen, Paul (Tammy) Pfaff and Vickey (Patrick) McLaughlin; seven grandchildren: Stephanie (Dennis) Cronin, Melissa (Kenny) Hayes, Sarah (Steven Lough) Pfaff, Megan McLaughlin, Monica (Mark) Hake and Ryan and Brendan McLauglin; five great-grandchildren: Haley and McKenzie Hayes and Kayla, Kara and Kendra Cronin; a sister: Bernice Lalumondiere; and a brother: Glennon (Vicki) Pfaff.
He was preceded in death by his parents-in-law: Rose (Flieg) and Joseph Mueller; two sisters: Virginia Pfaff and Mary Lou Schuler; a brother: Harold Pfaff; and a brother-in-law: Jerry Lalumondiere.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, July 14, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 15, at St. David Catholic Church, 2334 Tenbrook Road, in Arnold.
Burial will be at Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
