A funeral will be held Friday, July 14, 2023 for 34-year-old Cole Allen Klaus of Frohna, Mo. who passed away Friday, July 7, 2023.
He was born August 21, 1988 in Cape Girardeau, Mo. to Timothy Klaus and Dawn (Mueller) Klaus.
Survivors include his fiancé: Bobbi Welker of Patton; son: Wyatt Klaus; three step-daughters: Dravyn Silas, Abigail Stevens, and Alison Stevens; step-son: Zach (Greta) Stevens; brother: Milan (Stephanie) Klaus of Uniontown, Mo.; a sister,: Olivia (fiancé Joshua Hyler) Klaus of St. Louis, Mo.; expected grandson: Henry; nephews: Walker and Waylon Klaus; maternal-grandmother: Norma Jean Mueller of Frohna, Mo.; and paternal-grandmother: Verla Klaus of Friedheim, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his maternal-grandfather: Harry Mueller; and paternal-grandfather: Donald Klaus.
Cole was the owner of Klaus Tree and Timber LLC., member of the Missouri Forest Products Association, and was a very skilled mechanic.
He was an excellent father to all of his children. He spent his time providing for his family, and also growing his business.
He loved what he did especially using his Clark Skidder for logging which he was very proud of.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2023 at Ford Young East Perry Chapel in Altenburg and 8-10 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna.
Funeral Service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna with the Rev. Paul Hoemann officiating.
Burial will be at Concordia Lutheran Cemetery in Frohna.
Memorial contributions may be given to family use for the benefit of his children.
