SPARTA – The Illinois Department of Transportation has announced that intermittent daytime lane closures will take place in both directions of Illinois 154 from Grand Avenue to Burns Avenue and both directions of Illinois 4 from Illinois 154 to Schuline Road in Randolph County, weather permitting, Tuesday, June 20.
These lane closures are necessary for evaluation of the pavement.
Drivers are urged to reduce speed, be alert for changing conditions, obey all signage, and refrain from using mobile devices while approaching and traveling through the work zone.
