PERRYVILLE— In observance and celebration of National Senior Health and Fitness Day on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, the Perry County Senior Center is launching it’s new Senior Walking Club.
Seniors and guests are invited to come to the Senior Center Monday through Thursday from 1 pm to 2 pm to walk in a cool and safe environment free of charge.
The Perry County Senior Center is the ideal place for your afternoon exercise being equipped with clean and accessible restrooms (no access to water fountain). Seniors are welcome and encouraged to bring water bottles.
The Perry County Senior Center will provide walking logs so the walker can track how many miles are walked per week.
The Perry County Senior Center will not be responsible for accidents or mishaps and may be closed for inclement weather.
