A funeral will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023 for 95-year-old Winogene Hoog of Sainte Genevieve, Mo. who passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023 at home in Sainte Genevieve, Mo.
She was born August 5, 1927 in Elmhurst, Ill.
She is survived by four sons: Francisco (Lori) Munoz of House Springs, Mo., Martin Hoog of Sainte Genevieve, Mo., Robert (Michelle) Hoog of Sainte Genevieve, Mo., Christopher Hoog of Sainte Genevieve, Mo.; daughter: Barbara Simpson of Chaffee, Mo.; a daughter-in-law: Anne Munoz of Sainte Genevieve, Mo.; 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband: Prebisterio Munoz, her second husband: August Hoog; two sons: Thomas Munoz and John Hoog; a brother: Robert Jenzen; a sister: Ruth Wagner; her father: Irvin Jenzen; her mother: Barbara (Folkens) Jenzen.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday, May 13, 2023 at the Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve.
A funeral for 95-year-old Winogene Hoog of Sainte Genevieve will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 13, 2023.
Burial will be at Valle Spring Cemetery in Sainte Genevieve, Mo.
Memorials may be made to the VFW Auxiliary.
She was a member of VFW Auxiliary and the Military Order of the Cootie.
