Ste. Genevieve Planning and Zoning recommends approval of K of C sign request

STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve Planning and Zoning Commission is recommending appproval of a request from the Ste. Genevieve Knights of Columbus Council 1037 request for a special use permit to allow the installation of a 4×10 foot internally-lit, freestanding, monument-type sign in a  residential district at 600 West Market Street.

 

In its application, the K of C included the following images of the proposed sign.

The request was recommended for approval by a 5-0 vote with three commissioners absent.

 

In other business, the commission recommended approval of a special use permit for a guest lodging establishment at 495 Jefferson Street.

 

The vote was 5-0 with three commissioners absent.
