JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest reports of arrests.
Among those arrested:
38-year-old Keith Watkins of West Memphis, Arkansas was picked up at 9:40 a.m. Saturday, April 8th on a warrant out of West Memphis, Ark. for attempted capital murder, terroristic act, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a certain person, and third degree battery and on a Cass County warrant for a non-moving traffic violation. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail without bond.
29-year-old Shan A. Reed of Mississippi Arkansas was picked up at 3:32 p.m. Sunday in Perry County on a warrant out of Washington Co., Ark. for failing to appear on a charge of larceny. He was being held in the Perry County Jail pending the posting of bond.
