Tracy D. Dean, 52, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 10:08 pm, Friday, March 31, 2023 at Eveyln’s House in Creve Couer, Missouri.
She was born to the late Roy and Betty (nee Black) Keefer on February 28, 1971 in Granite City, Illinois.
Tracy married Jimmy Lee Dean on May 31, 2008 in Centralia, Illinois; he survives.
She was a homemaker.
Tracy was a member of First Methodist Church in Chester, Illinois. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog – Bruiser. She also enjoyed shopping.
