CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests.
Among those listed as arrested:
21-year-old Caleb J. Nolen of Chester was arrested February 27, 2023 by Chester Police for domestic battery. He Is incarcerated.
47-year-old Shelly M. Brown of Chester was arrested February 27, 2023 by Chester Police for domestic battery. He Is incarcerated.
34-year-old Brandon A. Willis Eldorado was arrested February 27, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for driving while license revoked or suspended. Released on recognizance bond.
43-year-old Crystal L. King of Murphysboro, was arrested March 1, 2023 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a DUI charge. Released after posting $400 cash bond.
30-year-old Morgan P. Schmidt of Prairie Du Rocher, was arrested March 1, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for obstructing justice. He is incarcerated.
59-year-old Richard D. Mulholland of Perryville Mo., was arrested March 1, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a burglary charge. He is incarcerated.
24-year-old Xaviour D. Griffin of Carbondale, was arrested March 1, 2023 by Steeleville Police for driving while license suspended, operating uninsured motor vehicle & improper use of registration. Released with notice to appear.
40-year-old Joseph L. Oliver of Centralia, was arrested March 2, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a theft by deception. He is incarcerated.
35-year-old Cory S. Houk of Chester, was arrested March 2, 2023 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Bond amount is $10,000. He Is incarcerated.
31-year-old Wayne R. Eggemeyer of Walsh, was arrested March 2, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for revoking conditions of bond. He Is incarcerated.

21-year-old Nicholas D. Shroyer of Chester was arrested March 3, 2023 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for violation of sex offender registration. Released by order of judge.
22-year-old Joshua T. Brown of Chester was arrested March 3, 2023 by Chester Police for retail theft. Bond amount is $1,500. He s incarcerated.
