Hardesty, Anthony Joseph W/M DOB: 11/19/1986 of St. Charles MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Failure to Appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the original charge of Traffic Offense.  Bond was set at $68.50 cash only.

-Failure to Appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the original charge of Traffic Offense.  Bond was set at $200.00 cash only.

 

Wright, Fredrick B/M DOB: 10/19/1964 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Driving While Revoked.  Bond was set at $250.00 cash only.

 

Doza, Ashley W/F DOB: 04/14/1993 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Traffic Offense.  Bond was set at $150.00 cash only.

 

Byington, Emma Lee W/F DOB: 01/06/2001 of Festus MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of a Non-moving traffic violation.  Bond was set at $250.00 cash only.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Laclede County Sheriff’s Office on the original charge of a non-moving traffic violation.  Bond was set at $25.00 cash only.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.  Again, each and every suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
