He is looking into report writing software to use for his paper work that will be cheaper on the city. He has written 4-5 tickets since the beginning of the year. The Mayor Carlton Wyatt got a call stating that the police car had a tail light out. Police Chief    Brendon Corbett is going to get that fixed. The police car is not to go out of city limits unless in       a chase or for City business.

  1. Fire Department – Alderman Annette Hacker gave the floor to Fire Chief Frankie Ullman who reported. 1 mutual aid call but they got disregarded, 1 flue fire 2 legal burn, and a medic call. The people burning things besides paper in city limits needs to stop. On legal burns there should be no trash, treated woods and no burning after dark besides in a burning pit. Burning after dark you need a permit. They are remodeling the fire house. New meeting room, redoing all the lighting with LED lights. They got a deal at Menard’s for the lighting. Fireman are doing great. 2 are very dedicated. Frankie gives them credit to them. Hopefully we can get more people on the fire department.

We still have a few grinder issues but cannot get          back the them to get them fixed, otherwise we will tear up the citizens yards. Flow rates are a             little high due to leaks or people using more water.
