STE. GENEVIEVE — Ste. Genevieve’s sales tax receipts took a dip in December, but Calendar Year 2022 ended with an overall increase of $44,329.
The one percent sales tax brought in $63,530 last month, about a thousand dollars under the December 2021 check.
At year’s end, the one percent sales had brought in nearly $787,190.
Ste. Genevieve’s consolidated city use tax showed an increase of $481 over the December 2021 check.
Tax had in $218, 946, in 2022, which is up $55,963 from the 2021 receipts.
