EVANSVILLE — Last week members of Christ Our Savior FFA competed in the Ag Communications Career Development Event in Marissa.
Members in back are Davin Dethrow, Charlie Rahlfs and Isaac Luebkemann. In front Christine Liefer and Alyssa Heimann.
The team listened to a press conference by Matthew Reuss. Matthew talked about his job at Gateway FS, precision farming. The student took notes and asked questions.
After the presentation the students wrote about the topic in different ways.
Alyssa and Davin wrote an informative paper, Isaac wrote an opinion paper, Christine wrote and designed a magazine article and Charlie created a video commercial. Davin earned 3rd place in his category at the JV level.
