CARBONDALE, Ill. — In recognition of Veterans Day, Saluki Athletics is offering sideline tickets for Saturday’s game versus North Dakota State for only $10, by entering the online promo code “NDSU”.
The award-winning Flying Salukis will do a three-plane flyover during the National Anthem of Saturday’s pre-game. Make sure to be in your seats by 12:50 p.m.
In addition, all veterans and active duty military personnel will receive free admission to the game versus the defending FCS champion Bison. Kickoff for the patriotic-themed game at Saluki Stadium is set for 1 p.m.
Military personnel can claim their free ticket on game day by showing a military ID at the ticket window. They may also purchase additional tickets for just $10 each.
Southern Illinois is currently tied for third place in the Missouri Valley Football Conference standings with a 4-2 league record. The Bison are 4-1, and the game is key for both teams’ FCS playoff hopes.
