SPARTA, Ill. — The Sparta, Illinois Police Department has announced the arrest of three individuals on home invasion and other charges.
According to a police statement, on Monday, October 24, 2022 at approximately 11:45 p.m., the Sparta Police Department responded to a home invasion where the suspects had fled the scene prior to arrival.
Sparta police officers completed a thorough investigation and the suspects were identified.
On Wednesday, October 25, 2022 the Sparta Police Department arrested three suspects: 18-year-old Jamale T. Nesbitt of Sparta, 21-year-old Tyree L. Nesbitt of Sparta, and a 15-year-old juvenile.
Jamale T. Nesbitt is charged with home invasion, aggravated burglary, and criminal damage to property.
Tyree L. Nesbitt is charged with home invasion and criminal damage to property.
The juvenile is charged with home invasion and criminal damage to property.
