A funeral will be held Thursday, October 27, 2022 for 82-year-old Pearl Mae Hartmann of Ellis Grove, Ill., who passed away at 9:50 pm, Monday, October 24, 2022 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home, Chester, Illinois.
She was born May 28, 1940 in Evansville, Illinois daughter of the late John and Marie (nee Zweigart) Wahl.
Pearl married Earl J. Hartmann on June 30, 1962; he survives in Ellis Grove.
She is also survived by two children: Karen Verseman of Perryville, Mo. and Robin Seabaugh of the state of Florida; five grandchildren: John, Amy, Ross, Ryan and Kim and six great grandchildren: James, Alisa, Ethan, Kari, Carson and Annalynn.
She was also preceded in death bya daughter: Alice Skorcz; three brothers: Earl Wahl, Charlie Wahl and Benny Wahl and three sisters: Ruth Beare, Dorothy Linders and Fern.
She was a housekeeping supervisor at St. Ann’s Nursing Home in Chester for 35 years.
Pearl was a member of First Baptist Church in Ellis Grove, Ill.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at the Pechacek Funeral Home in Chester, Ill.
and 10-11 a.m. Thursday, October 27, 2022 at the First Baptist Church, Ellis Grove, Ill.
A funeral for 82-year-old Pearl Mae Hartmann of Ellis Grove, Ill., will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, October 27, 2022 at the First Baptist Church, Ellis Grove, Ill. Dr. Mike Fogerson will officiate.
Interment will be in the Ellis Grove City Cemetery in Ellis Grove, Ill.
Memorials may be made to the Breast Cancer Association.
