A funeral will be held Friday, September 23, 2022 for 77-year-old John Huck of Sainte Genevieve, Mo. who passed away Monday, September 19, 2022 at his home in Sainte Genevieve, Mo.
He was born January 29, 1945 in St. Louis, Mo.
He married Joann (Schwartz) Huck on April 30, 1966
He is survived by his wife: Joann Huck of Sainte Genevieve, Mo.; a son: Darren (Stacey) Huck of Sainte Genevieve, Mo.; two daughters: Dawn (Greg) Naeger of Sainte Genevieve, Mo. and Jamie Huck of Saint Louis, Mo; a sister, Janel (Paul) Jokerst of Sainte Genevieve, Mo.; nine grandchildren: Bryn (Sarah) Huck, Briley (Tanner) Roberts, Breanna Pope, Autumn Naeger, Braylin (Blake) Meyer, Kolten Naeger, Callee Naeger, Devin Pope and Jasmine Pope; nine great grandchildren: Bentley, Blair and Brooks Meyer, Katelyn, Riley, and Macy Moll, Bentley & Greyson Roberts and Vidalia Roberts due in December
He was preceded in death by: his father: John Huck, Sr.; and his mother: Alma (Vessell) Huck
He was a member of Weingarten Jaycee Club and Am. Legion Post 150.
John enjoyed retirement doing crypto puzzle books and spending time at the Jaycee Hall.
He enjoyed sports and taking care of his ducks and chickens.
Most of all John enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and he will be missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Friday, September 23, 2022 at Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Weingarten, Mo.
A funeral for 77-year-old John Huck of Sainte Genevieve will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 23, 2022 at Our Lady Help of Christians Church Friday, September 23, 2022 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Francis Koeninger will officiate.
Military services performed by VFW Post 2210.
