PERRYVILLE – The Perryville Police Department has released its latest reports.
41-year-old Robert Silman was cited for driving while suspended or revoked at 8:01 p.m. September 8.
Police say Silman was stopped at Highway 51 and the Buchheit parking lot after being observed driving a dark blue Dodge truck with no rear license plate, driving recklessly and not using a turn signal on Highway 51 in the area of St. Joseph Street. Investigation led to the charge.
47-year-old Heather Marie Silman of Barnhart was arrested on a fugitive warrant out of Festus. She had been a passenger in the dark blue Dodge truck with no rear license plate which was stopped on Highway 51 and the Buchheit parking lot on September 8.
32-year-old Kurt Shad of Perryville at 9:12 p.m. on charges ofsale or possession of equipment or part with altered or missing or false identification number, failure to comply with interlock device requirements, no vehicle or trailer registration, operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. Police says Shad was charged after a traffic stop on Highway 51 near Brenda Avenue.
