JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report.
Among those listed as arrested.
21-year-old Dionce L. Govan of St. Louis at 5:45 p.m. Sunday in Ste. Genevieve County on a warrant out of St. Pters for vehicle license inspection and on a warrant out of St. Charles County for failing to register a vehicle. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
