A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 10, 2022 for 60-year-old Jim Wibbenmeyer of Perryville, Mo. who passed away Friday, September 2, 2022 at St Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
He was born December 5, 1961 in St. Louis, Mo. to Thomas and Evelyn (Taylor) Wibbenmeyer.
He and Cheryl Wibbenmeyer were married November 19, 1983 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Crosstown.
He was a maintenance supervisor for Gilster Mary-Lee in Perryville and worked there 43 years.
He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Sons of American Legion, and the VFW Auxiliary.
Jim was filled with the Christmas spirit 365 days a year. He shared the joy of Christmas with any and many. He never met a stranger and enjoyed sharing the love of Christ. His passion for life was obvious.
Survivors include his wife; daughter: Alicia Wibbenmeyer; mother: Evelyn Taylor; and two brothers: Robert Wibbenmeyer and Travis Hoff; .
He was preceded in death by his father, father-in-law, and grandparents.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Crosstown.
Memorial Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Crosstown with Rev. Mike Friesz officiating.
Burial of cremains will be at the Bethlehem Baptist Cemetery in Crosstown .
Memorial contributions may be given to the family for a charitable cause of their choice.
