MU to Offer Virtual Produce Safety Training

SPRNGFIELD, Mo. – MU Extension is pleased to offer this virtual Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Alliance training, open to current and prospective fruit and vegetable growers. This Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule training meets the requirement for farms subject to the FSMA Produce Safety Rule.

Sessions: (1 p.m. – 5 p.m.)

Participants must attend both days of training. 

 This training is limited to produce growers in Missouri and Kansas, and other regulatory or support personnel, and will be limited to 30 participants. Registration closes Sept. 2 at 4 p.m.
