Request for public input: Small Business Grant Program draft guidelines and survey now available

JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Department of Economic Development (DED) is requesting public feedback on its proposed Small Business Grant Program, funded via the State of Missouri’s share of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

The $10M program provides assistance to small businesses through reimbursements for expenses resulting from the negative economic impacts experienced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic from March 3, 2021 through the application date.

The Public Input Survey linked below will assist DED in creating the Small Business Grant Program Guidelines, including minimum and maximum awards, eligible applicants, and funding priorities.

The Public Input Survey is open now, and you may provide input until 5:00 p.m. on September 14, 2022.

If you are unable to submit comments online, you may submit comments by contacting DED at 573-751-4962.
