6 BILL NO. 989 – AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON OCTOBER 1, 2022 AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS PURSUANT THERETO.
