JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest reports.
Among those listed as arrested:
28-year-old Kelsey E. Cole of St. Louis at 1:17 p.m. August 7th in Ste. Genevieve County on a warrant out of the St. Louis County Department of Corrections for failing to appear on a criminal charge of failing to register a motor vehicle. She was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
