STE. GENEVIEVE—Lily Hoog is the Valle Elks Student of the Month.
Lily is the daughter of Chris Hoog and Jeremy Hoog.
She plans on continuing her academic career at the Savannah College of Art and Design and major in Fashion Merchandising and Management.
