STE. GENEVIEVE — Congratulations to Valle Catholic’s Mia Weiler and Sam Loida for being selected to the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association Academic All-State Team.
Mia and Sam are the only representatives from the MAAA Conference; are two of only three players selected from the district, are two of only nine players selected from Class 2, and are two of 69 players selected in the state.
With Sam’s and Mia’s selection, Valle Catholic joins 14 other Missouri schools with multiple selections (out of a possible 528 schools represented).
